heater can be cost effective, but I would suggest that it would be most "fair" if the extra energy being used be recorded, as I would for a plug in ev or hybrid.
It might be time for Ecomodder to add an electric fillup option? where you can record how many kwh you put into your car? or just add fuel type as a pulldown to the fillup screen, and once a week or so you tally up your electrical usage and make an entry?
