Help for a first time ev'r

Hey Everyone,

Im realtivly new to the electric car thing, however i have excellent knowledge in the electric bicycle field; and am good at modifying/customizing electronics & battery packs etx

I recently am able to aquire 600+ of dewalt a123 batteries; some cells with tabs .. some without tabs.

I have a few questions & looking for some opinions from everyone..

I am considering a honda insight as per it seems to be a great overall aerodynamic vechile to use

I would like to power it with a123 batteries that will propel the veh up to minimum of 120km/h to 140km/h

the range i'm looking for is appox 150km+ range on a charge

also does anyone know how i could get this large pack properly tab welded; costs ? ... and where could i get this done?

i'm located in woodbridge, ontario canada.

I'm moderator named as steveo on the endless-sphere.com/forums
where i'm known for my unique 144v 100amp bicycle currently capable of 15kw

and overall do you guys think that the a123s are a good choice; will will be getting them in new condition for about $1 per ah..

thanks
-steve
