They are lower than in Germany, but the income is even less, so proportionally fuel is more expensive. Recent prices:
95 octane gas: 1.17€/liter or $5.86/gallon
98 octane gas: 1.25€/liter or $6.25/gallon
diesel: 1.12€/liter or $5.60/gallon
I'd love to see what would be going on in the US with prices like those. People would be
pushing their SUVs to work.
