Driver's side tower plug is ECM stuff... that one should contain the injector pins, the ground wires (switched lead) for the injectors (that's the ECM leads), and most of the "important" stuff.
I'm trying to think of what all each individual wire was for... I'm going to have to look around and see if I can find the pinout diagram again.
