Hmmm.

My power brakes are set up so that the pump runs to about 20 inches. Anything above 10 or so seems to make the brakes run fine.

The connection between the vac pump and the guage is a few feet long, running through the firewall.

Is it possible there is some sort of a clog? Or something with the brakes unrelated to the vacuum?
