The intake tube you need is from a '96 F150, or a '95/'96 Cali F150 with 4.9L.
You can easily make something from dryer duct, though. It's like 3" from the MAF to a Y that breaks it down to 2x 1.75" I think. Get some tubing, cut pieces for the MAF and 2 TB openings, and hand hammer a piece of sheet metal to form the wye coupler.
If you can lay glass, you can make one from FG, too.
