Driving technique and aerodynamics will be the next two significant increase in MPG. My intake is heated by radiator fluid from the factory - yours might be also. I think that covers it.

Even if this is the case, you should check that your intake temps are optimal. With any engine that has an IAT sensor, it's not so hard... with carbs, it requires a little more work.

Rear axle to 3.55
new brake on front they were badly
replace exhaust system they were rot.
16 mpg were strict city drive.
Well I be on 150 miles trip it strict highway so I will let you know if mpg improve. My goal is 20 but that impossible.

I'm hitting around 17.5 with bad front wheel bearings, driving in town and country roads... not alot of stop and go, but no warm-up time, either.
You're doing good, though! Keep it up!

Forgot to add
change thermostat it were bad. It cause overheat and kill #4 new radiators. It only open crook
#4 brand new radiator
New AC style fan clutch. Why I pick ac style because I have lot issues with non ac fan clutch it didn't spin enough to cool it get overheat so easily when idle.
Lost 1 mpg but I rather have cooler engine than overheat engine.
But I heard that convert to Mass Air would improve mpg but can anyone tell me that.

The MAF conversion is an upgrade of sorts, in that you get better fuel management. I'm not sure if you'll actually see any better MPG, or if it would actually be noticeable (the change in MPG), but you do see slightly increased throttle response (butt dyno) and smoother power application.

It idle little rough but not that bad. It normal. More like tiny misfire but it not.
They say that SD set 1 bank of injectors fired at same time while MAF is set each injectors.
I want know how hard to convert since I am plan to buy ECU with MAF for $40 from great lake 4x4 forum. It came from 95 econoline 5.8L with auto.

IIRC, you'll need diff ECM (unless you have auto, can't remember), and engine wiring harness to match MAF equipped truck with your engine. The rest should be fairly plug and play.
Modifications to intake piping. Check on FTE.com, many have done it.

The intake tube you need is from a '96 F150, or a '95/'96 Cali F150 with 4.9L.
You can easily make something from dryer duct, though. It's like 3" from the MAF to a Y that breaks it down to 2x 1.75" I think. Get some tubing, cut pieces for the MAF and 2 TB openings, and hand hammer a piece of sheet metal to form the wye coupler.
If you can lay glass, you can make one from FG, too.
