Overpriced Tires
OK, that is just ridiculous. My tires are some nice and simple all terains, nothing too fancy, but grip like heck on pavement and in and out of the rain. At Discount Tire, they were $100 each, and out the door with 50,000 mile warrenty, tax and fee's was $562. I'm 20,000 miles through them, and they are just starting to show any wear. Probably will last safely through 60,000 or 70,000. Before someone starts shouting obscenities at their screen, I understand that I'm comparing apples to watermelons as far as the utility of both tire types, but it is what it is - just too rich for my blood.
