On one of my 3 cars I did see a noticable drop in FE when we switched to E10.
One we didn't notice any change, and the other, well I have been doing so much work to the engine I wouldn't be able to tell.
Its not that the people seeing the problem are conspiracy theorists, fools, or otherwise, some cars just don't adapt very well to E10.
