Mine stops at about 1200 rpm. In 5th gear, that gives me DFCO at any speed above 30 mpg. Watch the LOOP gauge (open = dfco), and cross-check that against the feel of engine braking. I tested in 2nd and 3rd gears for a more noticeable cutoff point due to the more aggressive braking effect.
