When I removed the P/S,A/C and opened up the intake my engine idled easier but now has a tiny bit of a lope.....like the cam was swapped. Sounds nice. GOES LIKE A BAT OUT OF HADES! Gets good mpg too.
You do need some flywheel weight but not too much. I would give the 7 lb flywheel a try. You can always put the old one back in.
