Hmm, for me, I'm not worried about driving a funny looking car to work, because my coworkers tend to understand how I roll. Also, I'm happy to explain the idea of aeromods to them, and my fuel economy numbers justify my funny-looking car. It's actually around town, in front of strangers and acquaintances, that I have a problem being seen in an "interstellar clown car".
One of the few subtle aeromods you haven't mentioned is a variable grille block. You could keep the grille block closed around town and at low speeds on the interstate, and have better aerodynamics when you don't need much power.
A cheap and easy mod of unknown (to me) efficacy is to seal the panel gaps around the headlights and hood with weatherstripping.
