How's it going?
I got this idea for increasing EGR flow while researching the workings of PSA's
intercooler bypass valve. Apparently, partially blocking the engine's intake will improve EGR. I guess this is because lower intake pressure allows the cylinder to suck more exhaust gasses (as long as the EGR valve is open). So my guess is that if controlling how long the EGR valve is open is not possible, then maybe it'd be possible to make a device that restricts intake, actuated whenever the EGR valve is open?
