Yes, it has the Xgauge feature, but there is nothing on the box, but in the instuctions it tells how to access it and it worked on mine. What I like about SG is the direct feed back and its ability to signal changes in performance. The night before last, the first night I used it over the course, it gave me a trip of 38.8. mpg The next day I gave the Aveo its first oil change using Mobil 1 full syn. Then drove the exact same circuit, same temp, slightly better real time numbers and 40.3 mpg outcome. Still a lot to learn, but better than the old, fill the tank, drive it empty, fill the tank, do the math routine. It is particularly interesting to watch the speed and rpms effect on the MPG and the subtle throttle changes you can make without even being aware of it if you were not watching the numbers or the inclines and declines in the road that I didn't know where there until watched close up and personal.
