I'm with Bob Wilson on this. I stopped following Chevy's Volt some time ago.

They lost my
confidence when something changed, well it wasn't daily, but is was monthly.
The attempt to get the car recognized as a non-hybrid was laughable, the
mileage claims highly suspect, the shenanigans over the slight of hand on
loan repayment was sleaziness at its worst. And now just what will the power
train be anyway? Who's in charge here, the tots in the corporate daycare
center?
If Chebby was dating your teen age daughter, you'd throw his a$$ out of the
house.
If Chebby was trying to sell you investments, you'd say pack your bag and
get the hell out.
If Chebby was trying to sell you a house, you'd walk out and never go back.
I can't say whether or not there will ever be Volt in the dealership. But, if there
is, it will have to be better than good, better even than damned good by
popular conscensus for me even to consider it. And even still I'll be
wondering if the car like the company is untrustworthy in the long run.
I think they should try some rebranding and change their name to
"Cheat-o-lay."
And then there's this:
