The Tango has the batteries and a sheet of lead in the bottom, so that will not happen. It originally used Lead acid batteries, so the weight was inherent, but it now uses lithium batteries, so he (Rick Woodbury) had to add some lead to keep the stability.
I hope he redesigns it (much) lower and is then able to ditch the ballast weight, and then he can go faster, farther, more efficiently...
