The Lexan skirts on my Metro are held on with 6 screws. I can easily roll the car forward to get to the valve stems.
I live in a dry warm area. One thing I didn't think about was static electricity. I can wash them, and in half a mile they are filthy. They seem to suck up dirt. I can feel the hair on my hand raise when I get near them.
