It may also be time for a waterpump. There are various designs and not all of them work as well as they age. Especially depending on the composite of the impeller. Some water pumps use PLASTIC impellers, which also degrade with time.

Check your oil and trans fluid level and quality, theres more than one reason you may be generating heat.

Check your radiator itself, got bug buildup? Dirt or mud? Bird? (oh yeah I had one of those in there, doesn't do well for a radiator for a bird to be plugging up the front)
as a note: I service everything as per the mfg service manual so no worries on all the liquids.

Also, you could eat of any part of my car......under....anywhere. I am a little compulsive on keeping it clean.

But what I discovered from the 1000 page+ Field Service Manual (the Infiniti Manual for the infiniti Dealer techs) is that there is also a 'water valve' (similar to the thermostat) right past the TS. Guess what.....it opens at 200-206degrees!!!!!!!
