dunno. When I did a swap to manual (with a manual computer) on a sw2, that light came on. It turns out that it was on because the ECU was expecting to see an upshift light on one of it's leads (automatic dashboards don't have an upshift light), so I fixed it with a resistor at the harness. Maybe scan for lights that should be on at powerup that aren't.
