I think mwebb is right. The ScanGauge can't access proprietary codes outside of the OBD-II protocol requirements. I call those "deep codes" for lack of a better term. I would go over to saturfans.com because then can tell you how to reset the ECU/PCM. Here is one way :

OldNuc is your man. When I have done this the car has had trouble turning over the first time. Clearing the memory means that the ECU/PCM needs to go through a learning cycle, but I have just driven normally and it seems to satisfy itself after awhile.
