If the tailgater is a Semi it get the hell out of the way since I live in a hilly area, others I slow down more than I like and resume speed when they back off or pass.
There is always the option that my fiancée uses in the Ford Ranger that had gearing for pulling and just hit the emergency flashers for a second saying back the F*** up.
