I stand corrected, but the fact is everyone in town that I talked to said that the only tool they knew of that could read it was the snap on code reader, one of the people at the auto parts store said if I could wait a few days that I could even barrow his, that the snap on code reader is common enough that people have them instead of having to go to a GM dealer.
