When I made it that was the angle the cardboard wanted to hold, I think it is a bit steep off the top, ideas?
I need help with the sides too. I do not want to mess up the visibility of the lights so I put the Kammback in from the sides. Will this help or hurt?
I know I need to round the sides, but that is tricky in cardboard w/out a frame to support it.
For attaching the Kammback I was going to make a fame bolting to the 4 holes the OEM spoiler used. Run that along the front and sides to about where the glass bottom is. I was going to have it just rest on the hatch with some rubber. I would also make a second support ridge on the back edge, starting from the same lower spot. I would attach this to the first one via a front to back brace. Will this keep it held onto the car?
If you have not figured it out yet Soulster and I are brothers. He made lots of negative comments about my car (like "I will never do that to mine") but the 4+ MPG gain got him thinking
