That is pretty big decrease of tire width 285>225 . How wide are your rims , maybe something in the 245 range . I think 225 be a little thin for that car (If you push on it to use 300hp ).
At least in the back, you running staggered wheels/tires ?

I am not a fan of stretching tires , so much more easy to damage rims .
