I just let off the gas a little to slow down. Usually it irritates the person and they speed around me. I have tapped the brakes to make the lights turn on, but dont anymore as I dont want them to run into me. If they just wont backoff on the local highway, I'll keep pace with someone next to me just to irritate them.
