MPG -- MPH
FIA -- TPS

MPH - Speedo is inaccurate; VSS accurate per GPS
FIA - Always monitoring intake air temps
TPS / Variable Slot: Throttle position (for me) is often used over MPG, especially in hilly terrain: I pick a TPS and stick with it on certain routes, and with the automatic, hitting that 10-11 reading to essentially bleed-off speed at high FE without compression slowing.

Sometimes in the TPS spot: FWT for cold starts; VLT for engine-off operation...
