Yeah I'm pretty stoked to be getting 43. That was from some tanks of pure commuting. When I did pure HYW test runs, I was clocking in at 48-50 mpg. Then I added a boat tail and did two 80 mile HWY tests and got 59.77 mpg and 60.56 mpg, and now I'm super stoked! But I do think being at 6,500 feet plays a critical role in such high numbers. A wild guess would be that it is equivalent of 48 mpg at sea level. So I'm trying to not set myself up for disappointment when I move to MA this fall.
