Just a quick update since I know there are some people waiting for this:
I had to order a split collar and a keyshaft to install the pulley. I know I should have done that sooner but well I forgot. The collar arrived 2 days after I ordered it, and the keyshaft still hasn't even shipped.
Bahumbug.
