Yeah, I like to say that well-designed aero-mods help all of the time, but the magnitude is, as you say, greatly diminished and/or undetectable at low speeds (but it's still there). The best-case scenario is that it "all adds up".

While I agree with your logic, I have to argue the cost variable.

If a set of skirts cost me 10-20 dollars and don't pay for themselves through fuel savings... then I'm still out 10-20 bucks for nothing but questionable stares and looks at my car going up the highway.

Now if they work, and I can break even, then they are worth the expense and trouble.
