That doesn't make sense it should be 4 degree more across the rpm as ECU does not know your at 14 vs 10 unless you have crank, cam sensors . How are you adjusting timing ?
If it cranks slower, longer to startup your advanced more than needed . Also if you just crank initial timing your raising timing across all rpm which might not be optimum .
That might be why it feels week at top end .
