Since you are new at this, you need to be aware that:

There is a technology triangle between, rolling resistance, treadwear, and traction. A tire with great rolling resistnce will not have good traction and/or treadwear. However, you can find tires that have good compromises. Just be aware that as you move towards better RR, you are losing something.

You may have trouble finding a large selection of LRR tires in 14" as 14" are not very popular.
