I think that at 60/40 it may have oversteering tendencies. For example, if it weighs 1000 lbs, the front would have 600 and the back would have 400 but if we look at each tire, the fronts each have 300 and the back has 400 making it more heavily loaded... as the owner of several rear-engined vehicles I find oversteering and/or rear weight bias quite manageable but it is something to be aware of because it is "different", but then they are quads so maybe the effect is magnified on a trike?
