If the voltage I applied to him didn't kick start his heart back, I don't think he had a chance. In a way, it is the ultimate way for an EV'er to die. Perhaps we can all get together and have a new expression become commonplace: "like moths to a plasma ball" instead of "moths to a flame".....
Something peculiar this morning: my voltage read 79.7v, which is the highest reading I've ever had. It is pretty consistent at 78.1v lately, so I'm worried that one of the batteries is showing some signs of wanting to go out in a blaze of glory. Readings were normal on each battery when I got home though: from 12.45v on the lowest to 12.68v for the highest. What bugs me about that high reading this morning is that it was kind of nippy this morning- about 30 degrees. Last year I was starting to get lower voltages at these temps. It will interesting as the temps drop even more....
