Exclamation Need Timing Help

I followed the standard procedure for Honda timing advancement:

Warmed up until the fan kicks-on
Shut down
Jumped the Timing-ECU Isolation (paper-clip trick)
Started Up
Rotated the Distrib counter-clockwise until until I could hear knock

But I didn't hear any knock. All 3 bolt points were in their furthest position. I even tried full clockwise in case my info was incorrect. I placed it in full advance, shut down, removed the clip/jumper, and went for a drive.

IAT = 110F, Coolant = 200F
Full throttle to 7250 RPM -- no knock. I've heard it before in similar instances when the IATs were out of control.

The car does not have a knock sensor and IGN on the SG is acting normally.

Tried a low-RPM, hi-load situation. No knock. A/C on. No knock. Tried a variety of high load situations.

Do I just leave it and expect a bump in FE?
