But its my understanding that the VX had to have its oxygen sensor modified for use in California because it could not pass emissions due to the excess pollution while in lean burn. If this car is spending a large portion of time in lean-burn, I have my doubts about how clean that it is.
Where is the point that you break even - is a pre LEV car getting 75 mpg as clean as an SULEV that gets 55 ?
