The OE tire on the Insight appears to be a different formulation than RE92's in any other size. Just check out the specs sheet on The Tire Rack. Similarly, the 2010 Insight has almost nothing in common with the Insight but the name.

I am not aware of ANY commercially available passenger car tire with lower rolling resistance than the OE Insight RE92's, nor have I heard any reports on InsightCentral where someone installed different tires and saw better FE or LB. That's a shame, because tire technology has improved greatly in the past 12 years. It's just that nobody is anywhere near as dedicated to efficiency as Honda was in 1999.
