Hypermiling / eco-driving / economy driving are just "wrapper" terms for driving techniques that increase fuel economy:

Hypermiling specifically means exceeding the EPA combined average of a vehicle by a certain amount, where eco-driving isn't as specific and has European origins.
Pulse & glide, or burn & coast is an advanced technique where you accelerate, then kill the engine and coast in neutral. It's usually more useful at lower speeds, and done properly is more efficient than driving at the same average speed.
