That's not why. It's because they are too simple to actually look into anything before forming their half-***ed opinions. It's just easier i.e. requires no effort, to glom onto a group that generally fits what they want to believe. Willfull ignorance is the hallmark of today's society. P.S. I don't give a **** about Rather either. All TV news is a crock of little micro sound bytes spoon-fed to an audience that is presumed to have severe ADD.
