Jake,

You can visit my website at Index of /firmware for a full archive of the current and all previous firmware. Current version is 1.11b. In the folder, there is another folder called hexfiles-m168, in this folder there is a file called coug-unified-16k.hex . This is the file for the atmega168 micro that contains the bootloader and the firmware running at 16khz output frequency. You just load this one file and your all set to go.
