There's also the other quote attributed to him that everybody talks about the weather, but nobody ever does anything about it.
I just read Neil's latest post with charts and graphs, and the persistent implication that 'the sky is falling!' He says there has been stormy weather in Pakistan and Vietnam. That's proof that the sky must be falling. Ask me if I care...
