You would have to drop an image of a 97 and a 98 Metro ECU and have someone who knows the map compare the 2, if they IN REALITY get worse mileage not just on paper there has to be something done for pollution or tune, even exhaust can have an effect.

Anyway I don't believe in Unicorns or Magic, it just is doesn't fly there is a reason if it works out in reality.
