Eh, this was just a 'tape on the car, roll a meter, rip off' mod. I'll be looking into proper hinges, and cutting coroplast or other plastic with some hardware springs, not these pen springs.
Heck, the tape wouldn't stick to the undercarriage, so I had to use some of that metal wire (I just happened to have in the car for some reason) to lightly pinch it on. If I would have driven past 20, or hit a slight bump, it would've been gone.
