Update: The first one is sorta done! I'm ready to mount it to the car. Everything just went right, for some reason (which is why I'm a tad nervous. Murphey is common here.) and the deflectors look great! They're solid, and well done. The spring is good, although, if anything, a tad too strong. But I'm satisfied. I've found a good spot on the car to mount it (If you have a Corolla/Matrix/Vibe it is two screws, one that is holding the bumper on, and the other that holds the stock air deflector on). Some new screws will go on at least the top, because that gray foam on it is to protect from the pointy parts of the screws that came with the hinges.

Never underestimate less than $5, a Tea Party sign you pulled off a bus bench, a piece of metal you found and bent, and some duct tape!
