The photo is from HOT ROD Magazine,Feb 1987.
The car is Richard Langson's 'Texas Ranger' renegade ultra-short wheelbase,semi-streamlined,bubble-canopied AA/Fuel Altered which ran in Top Fuel Dragster class.
The car ran low 6's at 236.90 mph.The NHRA was 'torqued off' and changed rules for the 1987 season to keep 'hot rods' out of NHRA show.
The photo is small and I hope you can see some of the things they did to the car.
