Many more have appeared in this small part of CA. Used to be a high percentage of students at 2 colleges, then over the last 3 years or so; older and more traffic-wise cyclists (stop signs,arm signals) and cyclists who do not not take shortcuts through grandmas rose garden ($%^^&!!) have been slowly appearing.
