I believe that most members just start a thread titled something like "MemberXYZ's SupaPimpRide modding thread" in the
EcoModding Central forum. They often put a link to it in their signature so that others can easily reference it. Once good info starts piling up in that thread it can be linked to the
EcoModder Project Library.
Also, certain projects may deserve their own thread.
