Ugh, the bolts behind pullies... Why? Unnecessarily hard, but whoever did the water pump last (it's been dealer/shop serviced it's whole life) didn't bother replacing the bypass hose. It had swelled up over a half-inch in diameter, and looked ready to pop. Of course, Chrysler does provide a hole to get at that upper clamp... If you had magical pliers.
