Well the 1/4 NPT hole is in the other side. Here shown with a gage in the hole. Had a helper hold the flapper valve shut and could only get 1 psi pressure in the exhaust system before the engine became noticeably loaded. O2 sensor is in the crossover. So far seems to give good bottom end torque. Haven't got data on a try at lean burn. (Gas got too high to test)

A restriction should decrease volumetric efficiency. right. i want to make my engine smaller not bigger.
