The way you tell if it's ok is to check your oil pressure with the oil, if your engine can maintain oil pressure then you should be fine.
If your car is brand new or has a fresh rebuilt engine and broken in then you could most likely use 0w20 without trouble, but the 20 weight part is where you are going to get trouble as that is how thick the oil as at 212F, or when the engine is hot, the 0 weight is what the oil is acting like when it's cold.
