I see that you posted that link at least a couple of times on this thread, and I've seen it posted elsewhere.

Well if that's all you've got then I'm not impressed.

I don't know if magnets work with fuel, as I've not tried them yet. I'm pretty well convinced they work well with water, though I've not tried that yet either. Thus it looks like I'm in the same boat as the author of that link, because he's not tried them either. Except that he's in the boat of being an expert about them. Well perhaps I should write an article about why they do or don't work, and then I can also be an expert on this topic - from not ever having tried them before.

As far as I'm concerned, the OP uses the magnets and they do work for him, just like some FE devices work for some and not others. Perhaps you attached the magnets the wrong way, perhaps they don't work with your particular car, perhaps the nut needs major adjustment etc etc.
